The title of our Exhibition ‘Portraits, Playhouses & People’ was invented by Quentin to encompass both of our subjects. It brings together my multicolour iPad prints of theatres, alongside the black & white pencil drawings of performers. Not only are the two ways of working worlds apart - but so are the pictures.

The Royal Exchange Theatre Manchester .
Originaly built in 1729 Damaged in the Manchester blitz & then bombed in 1996. Now the most extraordinary archictecturual design of all the theatres that I've visited so far. the auditorium is suspended from the cieling - & is the biggest theatre in the round in the UK - with 800 seats.
